• Design and build (D&B) contract for rehabilitation of Doha south sewage treatment works.
• Responsibilities included processing incoming documents (receiving, checking, compiling proper storing of softcopy), updated incoming register, distributed of documents for review and comments, tracked the document for review if necessary to follow-up, formatted comments sheet received from reviewer, issued comments sheet via transmittal, provided documents number or reference, transmittal number and letter number and updated outgoing register. Handled Tender Evaluation Tasks for the following projects:
• Group 9 - P014 - D Ring Road Interim Improvements
• Central Doha and Corniche Beautification Projects - CP02, CP03, CP2A, CP04 and Material Supply
• GEC Projects - DS132-P2, DN120-P1, DN123-P1, DS141, DN 123 P1, DN123, DS142-P1, DS143-P1, DS016-P02 and DS007-P09 Responsibilities:
• Establishing/monitor the reviewers scoring matrix.
• Coordinating with Client Staff for any tenderers submissions and clarifications.
• Tracking the progress status of technical submission reviews.
• Distribution of form and standard templates to reviewers.
• Assisting reviewers if required.
• Making sure the format and technical review were provided properly to the Client.
