Responsibilities:
• Spearhead team efforts in ensuring availability of updated data repository for client information, reports, and presentations for release for critical decision making for the management and the marketing team.
• Define & implement communications and programs to update clients & public on organizational policies & initiatives.
• Spearhead team efforts in conducting research and development on existing and new products. Implement product
innovations by coordinating research, experimentation, and development projects across product categories.
• Set up strategic partnerships and agreements with various partners and technology providers across diverse business lines.
• Lead the various marketing activities including market research and intelligence, marketing communication, events
management, etc.
• Participate in business development by defining products strategies direction and roadmaps as well as by identifying target
markets.
• Focus on enhancing client satisfaction by effectively resolving issues and rendering superior quality service. Interact with
existing clients & prospects for collating & evaluating requirements and rendering customized solutions.
• Interact with the communications team in rendering suggestions for announcements on social media and the website as well
as with investigation agencies and prospective buyers as an operational activity.
• Monitor team performance and render productivity enhancement feedback. Organize training sessions for team members based on identified training needs
