- Updating the ERP system on any changes on flight/passenger movements and changes
- Perform clerical duties such as receiving and dispatch of communication, documents, and distribution of ERP checklists and sign-offs.
- Submit reports on performance and progress.
- Ensure invoicing deadline is met by accurate and on time closing of ERP FCOs
- Coordinating activities across various departments
- Responding queries from the customers.
+ Assist in the development of work schedules, manpower and status reports to meet department needs.
+ Provide specialized technical assistance to team members daily.
+ Interact with team members to implement solutions.
+ Prepare/review reports for internal and/or external use as requested.
+ Overseeing basic office operations and ensuring office is maintained properly ∙
+ Execute inbound/Outbound operation, troubleshooting operational issues
+ Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure services are done within allotted timelines.
+ To be the point of contact between customers and the Company and to deal with customers and staff in a professional manner at all times.
+ Provide administration support to the team.
+ Assist manager with daily operations.
+ Coordinating activities across various departments.
+ Collecting datas from various departments and preparing reports.
+ Coordinating with Field Engineers to ensure smooth service provisioning to customers/solving onsite or field-related issues.
