• Ensure successful Delivery of all projects and operational tasks related to managed services and cloud department.
• Controlling the technical performance of the division and setting Key Performance Indicators for monitoring the performance of the organizational entities under supervision.
• Ensure the required reports are provided to the customer on service delivery as agreed to complete the billing process
• Perform gap analysis on customer environments to identify the new sales opportunities in the existing customer accounts.
• Identifying, documenting and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the information systems and the review structure for SLAs and client satisfaction are in place and effectively used.
• Improving productivity which results in increased cost effectiveness and value.
• Contributing in setting defined policies and procedures, systems parameters, systems implementation and the introduction of new services of NourNet.
• Providing support to new business opportunities.
• Perform capacity planning and provide periodic reports to the management on the human resource and IT system resource requirements based on business growth
• Perform vendor management to keep the team in line with the latest technology growth
• Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates for reviewing progress and work flow, discussing their suggestions and taking suitable actions accordingly.
• Identifying training needs of subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of the training courses in coordination with the concerned employees in the HR and Admin Department.
• Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices at the company.
