and presentation of a generic decision making model that is based on services oriented architecture
solution. The transformation activities related methodology was defined as holistic, these methodology
research and development activities are related to the following fields:
• Enterprise Asset Management Framework development; architecture design (TOGAF) for application,
solution and infrastructure’s blueprints.
• Decision making systems and algorithms.
• Business/Requirements engineering and business services.
• Uses SOA and business service approach;
• .NET, JEE and UML.
Environment AI/Mathematical models, TOGAF/ADM, UML, SOA, .NET and JEE.

For a worldwide consulting company I have worked on various contracts, including the elaboration and presentation of a generic
services based architecture solution. The transformation activities are pan-European (including MEA) where English, French,
Arabic and German are used in parallel. At the same time I am interacting with the development teams to prepare the
architecture transformation solution. These management activities are related to the following fields:
• Requirements engineering, client requests, PPT and related presentations resources.
• Enterprise Asset Management Framework development.
• Uses an agile/Scrum SOA and business service approach;
• Architecture design (TOGAF) light model for application, solution and infrastructure adaptation;
• MVC, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS and REST;
• XML, XSD and data-warehousing;
• SAP BO and Oracle PL/SQL;
ESB models and governance services and infrastructure architecture implementation;

Written the XML messaging standards documentation. In the next phase I have managed the design and
implementation of the communication agents and the underlying messaging infrastructure for the Transport-
Communication industry.
• These tasks included the management and installation of the dynamic communication modules. Its main role is to
receive input XML based messages, mails, faxes, telexes and manage/route/store them in a storage database.
• A friendly user interface was built to manage the inputted communication objects.

I have managed the 1) design and 2) implementation of the infrastructure as well as the application components of
the company’s “Web System Infrastructure” (WSI).
• The main mission’s goal was to 3) “redesign” the existing platform and to put into production. That improved hugely
the maintenance processes.
• This redesign” implied a set of reengineering processes that were used to stabilize the system’s major components.
At term we 4) “reorganized” the WSI’s development processes; that had serious problems and long downtimes; that
implied high maintenance costs.

I have managed the 1) audit, 2) redesign and 3) implementation of the Test Data Quality (TDQ) system. The system
was responsible for the infrastructure management and system batches processing.
• The TDQ produced automated analysis of the tests data-sets from streaming raw data from source production
environments. These raw data sets contained “Mobile Phones’” integrated circuits quality analysis.
• These interventions included also system programming (status, management and audit), statistics components
development, real-time flow manager tool development implementation, testing and maintenance of the core
program modules
