Tasks: Planning Coordinator for civil construction, mechanical, piping and I & C for nuclear island work.
- Verify each contractor's schedule
- Join all this schedules in an integrated one. The scope of the integrated schedule is to see the interfaces between all contractors and to help management to take the right decision in coordination of the work inside each work area.
Another duty for me is to analyze the critical paths and together with technical specialists to propose new solutions to improve the logic of the schedule.
For these activities I have the support of five planners and I am coordinating their work.

The total value for each drilling platform is 500 mil USD

All above project are referring to the installation of 5’’ - 14” subsea pipeline including installation various equipment, risers, tie-ins, etc.
Engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation of offshore pipeline on North Sea
Tasks: Creating “level 4” schedules for engineering, procurement, construction and installation of subsea pipeline.
Monitoring progress and making periodically reports for management and client.
For an easy understanding of the project evolution I issued S-curves, histograms, and other spreadsheets for management team and client.
In parallel with the above projects I am involved in implementation of Primavera P6 in Technip. We are replacing the old software GigaProject with the last version of Primavera (P6.1)
I was training the junior planners and the one with no experience in Primavera haw to use this program, to set-up a schedule, to update progress, to make reports, to set-up a baseline, etc.
Also I was involved in implementation of the planning system (procedures, WBS, EPS, etc.)

Project: General contractor for engineering, procurement, construction, transport, install offshore, commissioning onshore and offshore of drilling and accommodation platforms, SPM (Single Point Mooring), bridge connecting drilling platform with accommodation platform, jackets for accommodation platform and subsea pipeline connecting drilling platform with SPM.
Tasks: Creating level 1 to level 3 schedules for each sub-project (drilling and accommodation platforms, jackets, bridge, SPM) including engineering, procurement, construction, marine transport, offshore installation and installation of subsea pipeline.
All schedules for the sub-projects are connected in one integrated schedule having logical connections between sub-projects.
The report is be-weekly and I have to monitories the progress of every sub-contractor, to announce management about any deviation from the target schedule, to analyze critical path and find the correction for deviation.
For an easy understanding of the project evolution I am building S-curves, histograms, productivities tables and other spreadsheets for management team.

Project: Onshore construction for drilling platforms erected by McDermott Company for BP.
I was responsible for drilling system which was erected from modules (containers containing various equipment: E & I, mechanical, piping, etc.) around the rig. The rig is a mobile one and it is able to drill multiple holes from the same location of the platform.
The modules ware fabricated in Holland, to Marcon comp and I was working for a period in Macron’s yard to supervise if the fabrication is following the schedule and the delivery will be in time.

TASKS: To build a detailed schedule with correct logic and good level of resources and develop a progress reporting system (S-curve, Histograms, Productivity tables, Dashboard, etc.).
To compare actual and planned progress, to see if targets are achieved and to find the corrective action to mitigate the delay.
