Coordinate joint interagency actions aimed at adoption and enforcement of modern measures to establish domestic controls to prevent proliferation in Ukraine.

As per MoU Ukraine and the UAE cooperate in developing joint renewable energy projects, share knowledge about smart grid, cyber security and smart energy consumption in heating and cooling sectors.
- Coordinated the preparation of the third session of Ukraine-UAE Joint Committee on trade and economic cooperation (August 2018).
- Initiated the MoU between Ukraine and the UAE on cooperation in agriculture that established exchange of experiences, information and technologies of agriculture, livestock, food safety, investment promotion, R&D and food security.
- Member of the official Ukrainian delegations to the 18th session of the General Conference of the UNIDO, 8th session of the COSP, where the Ukrainian resolution “Strengthening of international cooperation on asset recovery and the administration of frozen, seized and confiscated assets” was adopted, 4 IRENA General Assemblies and 6 Council meetings.
- Supervised Ukraine’s joining IRENA and its activities as a member state. Presented Ukraine’s position on IRENA’s work program implementation progress. Represented Ukraine in Programme and Strategy Committee.
