• Establishing consistency across all creatives, app and Ai assets from the UAE team while adhering to global brand guidelines to raise brand value
• Translating marketing objectives into clear creative strategies by brainstorming with the team to access constraints and exploit flexibilities
• Managing the comprehensive creative process of all campaigns; from concept creation to editing cuts, for online & offline assets as well as tactical & brand
• Acting as brand guardian on content published on our public digital channels
• Working closely with project teams across the organization to develop creative thinking for feature launches
• Leading, managing and directing creative projects with freelancers and agencies
• Overseeing campaign proposals on content (both video & social media)
• Managing and creating Ai content for social media, app assets and other collaterals that require Ai videos and images
• Reviewing work, troubleshooting and providing feedback to community teams (Social Media & Production/suppliers)

• Design all the internal and external creative requirements for Experience Hub destination brands
• Design creative support such as videos and images and for social media, print and websites that is aligned with the brand guidelines and reflects the brand values and visual identity.
