PL/SQL developer for Tangoe client (October 2013-present):
In this development project position, the first focus is to assist in the rewriting of about 200 reports using Oracle and Crystal Reports. These reports are using an old schema that is in the process of being deprecated and being replaced with a newer, more robust data set.
• Working on Crystal Reports by designing and generating reports from a wide range of data sources.
• Coordinating with the team on dividing tasks and working cooperatively.
• Building Oracle and PL/SQL knowledge by attending a workshop and through the project's process to analyze reports
• Building business knowledge on carrier billing and charges process.
QA engineer: (January 2009-October 2013)
The project MDM (Mobile Device Management application) delivers an integrated device provisioning, configuration, security, monitoring, management, and support for devices owned by companies and employees.
• Working as QA engineer in a team following the Agile methodology
• Testing Client/Server, Web-based and mobile application: iOS, Android, Blackberry, Windows Mobile and Windows Phone
• Becoming an organic part of a development team by working closely with developers on testing their user stories
• Attending and contributing to the daily scrum calls
• Attending planning and grooming meetings and sized QA efforts according to the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery
• Assisting in scoping and estimation of test activities as part of project planning

In another project:
Thomson's ProLaw Firm Management System is an integrated software suite designed to automate the practice and manage the business of law. Main Technologies used: .NET 3.5, WPF, WCF, SQL Server. Responsibilities include: • Working as QA engineer in a team where the challenges were to get to know the product and deliver high Quality QA, at the same time that we were ramping up on it, with releases going out. And the second challenge was to train new resources on the overall project.
• Manual testing for the application coded in Delphi language.
• Automated testing for the same application converted to .Net (C#) . Keyword based testing.
• Developing test cases for manual and automated testing.
• Managing test scripts and grouping them into execution plans guided by the prerequisites to apply the business logic in the application.
