- Establishes daily/weekly/monthly/year end objectives and performance target
- Ensures day to day transactions and processes has been monitored
- Ensures Items stocked at warehouse is safe, segregated, labeled, updated and monitored.
- Responsible for warehouse status, item status and request status.
- Responsible for daily audit of warehouse to monitor the remaining balance.

- Discuss rules and regulations, procedures and forms to warehouse tender(s)
- Responsible for giving feedback/status to immediate supervisor about the requested items and etc.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness inside and outside warehouse
