For this company, I have led the design process, management and site supervising, on Resort development and retail.
Under my leadership we had an award winning concept, with Carabela Beach Club.
I founded Tech-Osmosis as a Complex, parametrically based geometry and BIM integration consultancy.
Since Thech-O had been born, I have adviced and collaborated with many architectural and engineering practices in developing complex geometry solutions, BIM integration and early design stage energetic and structural feedback that modifies desing parameters.
I use a mixed tecnological platform based in Rhinoceros-Grasshopper and Revit-Ecotect altogether. We keep in the cutting edge software technology, and now we are implementing the use of new softwares in the workflow, as Autodesk Vasary and other softwares.
As a result of this experience, I've been selected as a lecturer at Escuela Tecnica Superior de Arquitectura, Seville's University.
10 years running my own architectural practice, leading a team of architects, designers and cost estimators.
I have been in charge of almost every aspect related to the architectural profession, from first sketches to construction, site supervising to building certification
Through this 10 years I have designed, luxury residence, health care, hotels, leisure, retail, including a 1 million square meters hotel resort masterplan.
Within this practice, I have been external architectural consultat for Telefonica de España, major IT company in Spain and Latin-America, for three years with site supervising role.
Due to the experience gained in this practice, I have been selected as professor at Seville's University, on Structural Design and Parametric Design in architecture.
Not doctorate degree. In Spain, as opposed to other countries, doctorate degree is configured in three levels, where the DEA is the research level (second level) wich I have passed with an GPA of A. I'm now ready to read my thesis.
