activities needed to successfully complete the project.
Handling Client Requests
Coordinating site visits and project data gathering
Prepare financials proposals for the client
Completing a design/ project brief and following up with the client until contract is done.
Following up on the project in internal departments
Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of all impacts on schedule and
budget.
Perform risk management plan to minimize projects risk
Coordinating and ensuring the smooth and on-time execution of project installation.
Receiving and directing any client complaints to the appropriate department to ensure client
satisfaction.
Conduct a client satisfaction survey at the end of each project after finishing a project.
Maintain the company's reporting system and ensure the compliance for the company policies and
procedures.
Maintain the project's documentation system and report and meet the approved deadlines.
