1. SQL Server DBA
- Design indexes for current applications, and choose when to add or remove indexes
- Configure the SQL Server monitoring tools to reduce erroneous alarms
- Provide developers with a list of the best queries that require server-intensive resources and suggest ways to improve performance on each
- Advise developers on the most effective database designs (tables, data types, stored procedures, functions, etc.)
- Being a subject matter expert on database design, performance issues, disaster recovery, backups, database maintenance and database archiving
- Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements
- Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
2. Data Reporting Analyst
- I am responsible for identifying data sources from multiple systems for reporting purposes. Look for opportunities to increase customer satisfaction I Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet customer requirements more efficiently.
- Monitor data integrity to insure reporting accuracy.
3. NAV Developer
- Providing on-going support of company systems.
- Programming NAV applications.
- Migrating data to other systems.
- Managing settings for user groups.
4. Systems Engineer
- Troubleshoot and resolve any ERP/CRM related issues with software
- Participate in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test, and implement ERP/CRM enhancements and applications. Monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.
- Train one-on-one and classroom environment.
- Work with end-users and managers to identify solutions that meet their business needs.
- Review and facilitate approval of requested enhancements.
- Assist with end user support as needed.
