• Preparing all HVAC, Piping and Plumbing design.
• Review the construction schedule during the process of Mechanical site works.
• Responsible for site inspection report preparation and documentation.
• Review Shop drawings and installation method statements.
• Review Mechanical service along with Structural and electrical drawings to avoid problems.
• Undertake project site inspection of mechanical drawings.
• Attend project, site progress and any mechanical services related technical meetings,
• Attend site meeting in abroad projects.
• Resolve site problems and complete the project at the timeline.
• Maintain Daily and Monthly site progress report.
• Approve all drawing from consultant for execution of work.
• Dealing with the Consultant's Engineers or inspectors for any site testing and installation.
• To prepare Bill of Quantity as per shop as well as built drawings.
• Record all completed work and approve from consultant for payment act as a quantity survivor.

• Preparing of Chilled Water, Fire Fitting, Sewerage, Water Supply and Duct Routing and Equipment location Drawings from Tender Drawing for approve shop drawing.
• Approve all drawing from consultant for execution of work.
• Follow up the consultant comments. And ensure before start work.
• Ensuring preparation & timely submission of all Material submittal as per schedule.
• Reviewing the construction drawings to execute the work at site properly
• Manage project documents, requirements, records, methodology, templates, standards & guidelines.
• Co-ordinated project with other department’s contractor and consultant.
• Daily, weekly and monthly site reports to the Project Manager.
• Ensure that approved material is used at site.
• Dealing with the Consultant's Engineers or inspectors for any site testing and installation.
• Recording & monitoring of all site activities
• To prepare Bill of Quantity as per shop as well as built drawings.
• Supervision of the working labor to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality and Safety.
• Prepare As-Built drawing for all Mechanical system as per site.
• Record all completed work and approve from consultant for payment act as a quantity survivor.

• Designing with AUTOCAD & Pro-E.
• Concept Design and Development.
• Preparing child part drawings.
• Preparing 3D drawings for Equipment sample.
• Developing 2D drawings for manufacturing.
• Develop & generate detailed engineering drawings in compliance with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance standards.
• Manage project documents, requirements, records, methodology, templates, standards & guidelines.
• Preparation of material forecast, includes material selection, quality etc.
• To prepare Bill of Material (BOM) and provide purchasing department with specifications for ordering raw material required for fabrication using ERP Software.
• Equipment location & Duct routing Layout preparation.
• Redesigning of Equipment’s.

• Develop 2D & 3D models with parts list & specifications as per Design inputs & guidelines provided by General Assembly of the Customer Drawings.
• Develop & generate detailed engineering drawings in compliance with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance standards.
• Develop models & drawings in compliance with Standards & Practices relevant to various product lines.
• Handling of Engineering Change Notes (ECN) - by validating & documenting changes in drawings & models to assure traceability of changes.
• Manage project documents, requirements, records, methodology, templates, standards & guidelines.
• Plan, perform & report Quality status of project deliverables - Quality & Delivery.
• Preparing BOM for Project Specification Sheet & General Drafting.
