Responsible for commissioning, troubleshooting for industrial, marine, mobile and hydraulic supported application jobs in the work shop and customer job locations.
•Repairing of hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, dcv, relief valves, etc.
•Carryout defect investigation, trouble shooting and site surveys.
•Responsible for project execution - high pressure hydraulic piping project, hot oil flushing, pressure testing and pickling & passivation of pipelines in marine, Oil rigs, Petroleum and industrial plants.
•Recording of measurements and test results as the jobs are carried out.
•Carryout and monitor inspection/test of hydraulic components/systems.
•Define and implement preventive maintenance plan/schedule on equipment/machinery in the workshop and job location.
•Reading of interpreting drawings, manuals and code specifications.
•Ensure all transactions are carried out in compliance with the applicable standards, company quality (ISO) procedures and provide advice to the QHSE dept. of any non-conformance issues.
•Follow necessary safety regulations, applicable work instructions, operating procedures, method statements, etc as required, in carrying out the job.
•Comply with all occupational health, safety and environmental procedure of both the company and of client while working.

•Complete pressure testing, flushing, commissioning of wellhead control panel system in al- hosn gas plant shah.
•Jacking system refurbishment in rig marina in lamprell.
•Skidding system refurbishment in nobel rig in lamprell.
•Control panel pressure testing and flushing and pressure testing in nord stream Russia.
•Flushing, chemical cleaning and pressure testing of pipe lines in sulb steel Bahrain
•Piping, pressure testing and flushing in new build vessels in dry dock world Dubai and Dubai maritime city Dubai
•Trouble shooting of spooler
Installation, piping, pressure testing, flushing of hydraulic and pneumatic Systems for anode Roding plant.
