• Responsible for preparation of Electrical shop drawings and Load schedules as per Dewa, AADC standards after reviewing design drawings and for obtaining authority approvals.
• Responsible for preparation of shop drawings and As Built drawings for plumbing.
• Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm system, ELV system works management for construction & fit out projects as per approved drawings
• Responsible for material planning, selection and timely following up with the procurement team to smooth execution of projects.
• Calculations for cable sizing, switchgear selection, MDB, SMDB, Capacitor bank selections.
• Preparing BOQ, daily work reports, inspection requests, Submittals etc.
• Coordinates with client/consultant for any site instructions and inspection of works.
• Prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools etc required for all electrical and plumbing related works prior to execution.
• Coordinating works with Architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and specialist disciplines. Testing, Commissioning and Preparation of hand over documents (As builts, O&M manuals).
• Electrical Planning, Design, Estimation (quantity & Cost) of LT works of a multi- storeyed building.
• Preparation of schematic drawings and submission to State Electricity Board, day to day schedules, BOQ.
• Planning and manpower management.
• Planning and execution of maintenance of electrical machines and apparatus.
• Maintaining the records of schedules, breakdown and maintenance details for auditing purpose of various clients including KFC, Carrefour, Subway etc.
• Responsible for troubleshooting of all electrical apparatus in the production plant (conveyers, motors, ovens, proofers, metal detectors etc.)
