*GRP piping inspection & expediting works in supplier FPI, Oman factory to follow up the bulk supply grp pipings & fittings for the Barka IWP project.
*Cordination with the supplier for productivity & expedite for maximum production rate with minimal failure/rejection.
*Liase with supplier for ITP, Project Specifications and factory tests.
*QC inspection with supplier/client & prepare expediting & inspection reports.
*On site-Coordination with client BDC & construction team.

*Suggest technical advise to the client in case of non conformance & assist in the site’s erection progress with the grp subcontractor.
*Assistance in the design & site logistics teams

INSPECTION AND DOCUMENTATION OF GRE/GRP PIPING WORKS.
*QA and QC activities to ensure compliance with applicable Codes, Standards & Specifications and contractual requirements.
*Inprocess & final inspection of GRP/GRVE piping under the TAKREER RRE#3 project in RUWAIS, Abudhabi.
*Also working as Site Engineer in Punj Lloyd group with ADCO-TIE IN PROJECT, Asab-Sahil, Abudhabi, in Threaded GRE Piping installation and testing.
*Conduct physical inspection, test & dimensional checks of supports and all types of instruments and valves involved in the process piping.
*To liaise with client in matters relating to QA/QC procedures and plans.
*Responsible for the preparation of ITP, QCP and Quality manual associated with individual projects.
*Involve in field inspections and third party inspections of the plant site.
*Verification of isometric drawing with respect to P&ID.
*Familiar with international codes and regulations such as ASME, AWS, API, etc.
*Prepare quality plans & procedures, inspection/test reports, corrective/preventive action reports, SOM, etc.
*Well conversant with Piping and Instrument Diagram(PID) of oil & gas industries.
*Documentation & report preparation associated with the project specifications.
*Preparation of DPR and site activity reports as per the schedule and commitments.
*Responsible for client’s material conformance and to handle the MDR’s associated for different projects.
*Responsible for internal and external ISO auditing(ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001) of quality records and procedures.
*Prepare hydrotest packages, line check and punch listing.
*Witness of alignment, orientation and dimensions of prefabricated piping.
*Witnessing of flange joint assembly and bolt torque.
*Clearing of Mechanical Completion Certificate(MCC) items.

*Inprocess & final inspection of GRP/GRVE components involving various oil/petrochemical projects(DN 25-3000 mm).
*Responsible for the preparation of ITP, QCP and Quality manual associated with individual projects.
*Involve in field inspections and third party inspections of various plant sites.
*Verification of isometric drawing with respect to P&ID.
*Testing of raw materials like resin-glass ratio, glass fibres, moisture content, viscosity, stiffnesss, hoop & tensile strength(circumferential & radial), loss on ignition(LOI), etc.
*Involve in Factory Acceptance Tests(FAT).
*Well conversant with Piping and Instrument Diagram(PID) of oil & gas industries.
*Documentation & report preparation.(Daily inspection reports, spool qc reports, lamination reports, traceability reports, destructive & NDT reports, hydrotest reports, liner, winding reports, flange emplacement reports, NCR, field surveillance reports, temp-humidity reports, failure report, grinding & finishing report, raw material test reports, technical query reports, site reports and other miscellaneous reports).
*Follow ASTM, BS and related international codes & standards with respect to fitting, welding, testing, etc.
*Responsible for delivery of pipes/fittings are in accordance with project specifications.
*Invove in third party inspections(welding, butt & strap laminations, dimensional, visual & NDT) of various projects.
*Responsible for client’s material conformance and to handle the MDR’s associated for different projects.
*Responsible for internal and external ISO auditing of quality records and procedures.
*Knowledge of instruments like circometer, barcol impressor, sand bath, dessicator, ph meter, viscometer, vernier calipers.
*Prepare hydrotest packages, line check and punch listing.
*Witness of alignment, orientation and dimensions of prefabricated piping.
*Witnessing of flange joint assembly and bolt torque.
*Clearing of Mechanical Completion Certificate(MCC) items.

*Responsible for receiving, in process & final inspection.
*Responsible for updating the quality records.
*Prepare method of statement, work instructions, QAP/ITP procedures.
*Produce and submit daily inspection reports identifying items inspected, acceptance/rejection rates and area of concern.
*Ensure the calibration status of the instruments used.
*Responsible for measuring the Weling joints, butt & strap laminations of pipes.
*Responsible to maintain the material traceability records (i.e. Resin, Glass, pipe &
Fitting Nos).
*Checking and monitoring the fitting dimension before lamination.
*Responsible to get the released inspection report(IRN) from client.
*Responsible for measuring the humidity, dew point and temperature.
*Conduct QA/QC tool box meetings and educate workers about safe laminating procedures.
*Assist client in conducting reactivity tests, inspect pipes delivered from customer.
*Play a major role in conducting hydrotesting of finished areas.
*Monitoring the grinding, sanding, dew point and surface temperature during the internal lamination as well as external lamination.
*Responsible to check the lamination thickness lamination length, barcol test, lamination taper, lamination and visual inspection.

*To repair, overhaul and replace the valves such as gate valve, globe valve, control
valves, EBD valves, feed circuit valves, drain valves, stream check valves, boiler drum valves, reheater valves, isolater valves, etc in the pressure parts of the boiler.
*To repair and overhaul the long - retraction soot blower and wall blowers in the boiler parts.
Responsibility:
*To repair and overhaul all types of valves and soot blowers in the thermal power plant - in charge.
*To prepare documentations of the job undertaken and create a statistic analysis.
*To provide a long - term system for the machineries to get maintained.
*To provide excellent analytical and result oriented reports.

*To test the Surface of the test to be free from rust and wear - abouts.
*To paint the test surface by using various types of paints such as primer, finishing and extra - finishing.
*To test the smoothness of the painted structure.
*To test the paint surface for thickness using Elcho meter.
*To erect and dismantle a scaffold for a test which is out of reach of the affordable

*To repair, overhaul and erect the various parts associated in a thermal power plant(110 MW to 550 MW).
*The area of work includes the parts such as duct assembly, electro-static precipitator, air pre-heater, economizer, boiler parts, pressure parts, mill-area, valves and soot-blowers, ID-FD fans, reheater coils.
*To determine the estimated cost of the project and carryout in a less cost to achieve high perks.
*To analyze the total expense of each type of assembly and evolve the best results.
*To commission the various areas of the plant to achieve a trouble - free running.
*To provide a best result for various trouble - shooting of the components.
Responsibility:
*Prepare documentation of the job undertaken and create a statistic analysis.
*Provide new spares and materials needed for the overhaul such as pressure seals,
gasket, lapping plate, lapping paste, beams and columns, coolant pipes, boiler
pipe materials, etc.
*To provide a long term system for the machineries to get maintained.
*To get in touch with various contractors.
*To undergo various types of meetings and educate the workers for the development of the project.

*Take orders from a well reputed concern and supply the finished products as a job work in conventional machining process.
*To carry on various operations like turning, facing, boring, chamfering, counter- bore, drilling, grooving, etc in the Geedee Weiler Lathe.(RDU28).
*To inspect and write reports on various components machined in the lathe.
*To indulge in various meetings in order to evolve a trouble free and less rejection state.
*To look after the machineries for their maintenance and provide them with preventive measures.
*Stimulate TPM in new products.

*Handling of Various types of production works associated in an automobile component manufacturing.
*Maintain a steady rate of production of automobile parts in automobile security systems, connective systems, lamps, instrument panels, switches, horns, CNG kits, etc.
*Exposure in assembly line.
*Understanding of assembly work orders/operation cycles, etc.
*To achieve shop floor operational metrics like productivity, first time through, OEE, etc.
Responsibility:
*Responsible for manning in the shift along with the manufacturing packing and sealing machine, etc.
*Take care of preventive maintenance for improvement of machine efficiency.
*To achieve KPM of safety, quality, efficiency, productivity and cost.
*In third party locations, ensuring adherence to ITC’s internal quality systems.
*Working with the contract manufacturing unit’s management to ensure alignment with ITC’s goals and the establishment of a mutually rewarding association.
