Achievements/Tasks
Work on research, design, validation, and integration of the latest technological concepts. Prepare 3d models, 2d drawings, and purchase requests taking into consideration cost, quality, and standardization. Follow-up prototype execution and testing. Design full solutions, full automated lines and follow up the production to meet the deadlines. Use of automation coding tools in CAD software (forms, i logic..) in inventor. Perform all the calculations needed for component selections (motors, bearings...).
Achievements/Tasks
Design, follow up with the manufacturing process and assemble machines and accessories (conveyors, guides, motor selection…). Maintenance for several types of machines such as HITACHI inkjets Yan-Jie, Fam, DanSensor, and SIAT. Machines installation on sites. keep track on the spare parts in the stock, negotiate directly with suppliers.

Team leading to archive daily production goals Maintenance for all the sector machines to be on the eficiency level required. Perform the calculation for the material needed in every day production and make a request to the relevant department .
