Responsible for the day to day operations of the stores.
•Develop strategies and objectives to run the stores operations smoothly and properly.
•Problems solving, handling unusual circumstances of stores on daily basis.
•Taking the physical inventory of all the stores (Cycle count)
•Monthly Project wise Material Issue Report to Site management.
•Prepare/process/forward material requisition and co-ordinate with the Purchase/ Stores Department for the timely delivery of the material.
•Keep track of the materials ordered, received and pending as per the purchase order
•Liaise with the QA/QC Representatives and co-ordinate for conducting receiving inspection and identification of materials are required.
•Fulfill the storage, handling & preservation of all materials under custody.
•Conduct periodic check for ensuring the condition of stored items are satisfactory.
•Maintain records of materials requisitions issued.
•HSE Accountabilities: Responsible for own safety & the safety of work force working under the supervision.
•Ensure Proper PPEs are issued to the workers and compliance.
•Keeping the Records properly by systematically.
•Keeping affective relationship between the Suppliers, Sub-Contractors and the company.
