Title
•Secure and manage existing key accounts as well as develop new accounts by increasing the share of wallet, through product penetration, loyalty agreements, and building relationship
•Involved in pre-qualification preparation, vendor approvals, product specifies and bid process

Responsibilities
•Monitor the performance of supervisor and installer to ensure work standard and quality
•Review and inspect all the works to be executed and ensure its done according to the approved drawings and specifications
•Review and inspect all equipments and materials delivered to the site
•Prepare EJ’s (Engineering Judgments) if needed along with the system details
•Perform live demonstrations in front of the consultants and contractors
•Maintain the records of all QA/QC documents and reports
•Ensure compliance of Environment, Health And Safety procedures and rules
Main technical adviser on the construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives, check plans, drawings and material quantities for accuracy of calculations
•Ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
•Fix a price for materials, and make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project
•Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect
•Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
•Day-to-day management of the site, including supervision and monitoring of the site labor force and subcontractors
•Oversee quality control, health, and safety matters on site
•Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
