 Managing the entire operations of the Healthcare & Overseas Recruitment team.
 Securing clients for the recruitment team.
 Training the team on Healthcare recruitment and running the final screening of resumes before client submission.
 Facilitating legal approvals/attestations from the chamber of commerce in the respective Emirate and from the respective embassies in Abu Dhabi, for overseas recruitment on behalf of the client.
 Coordinating with the associate companies in various countries in mobilizing candidates and interview arrangements.
 Preparing business and commercial proposals for recruitment activities.
 Creating a strong network with overseas associates, and have a strong relationship with associates in 35+ countries to mobilize and deploy manpower.
 Traveling to the concerned countries to conduct pre-screening of the candidates before presenting the same to the clients for the final interviews (Traveled to Myanmar, Nepal, India, Philippines and Greece).
 Inspecting the Interview and logistic arrangements of the associates, before the interviews. And coordinating with the clients during the final interviews in organizing the event and ensuring the smooth functioning of the interview program.
 Collecting all the necessary documents form the associate companies and processing the offer letters from the clients.
 Collecting the signed offer letters along with other documents from the associate company and intimating the client for the visa processing.
 Constantly coordinating with the client and the associate company and ensure on time deployment of the candidates as per the schedule.
 Taking necessary actions on any labor related issues post-deployment and ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
