Managing the entire operations of the Healthcare & Overseas Recruitment team.
Securing clients for the recruitment team.
Training the team on Healthcare recruitment and running the final screening of resumes before client submission.
Facilitating legal approvals/attestations from the chamber of commerce in the respective Emirate and from the respective embassies in Abu Dhabi, for overseas recruitment on behalf of the client.
Coordinating with the associate companies in various countries in mobilizing candidates and interview arrangements.
Preparing business and commercial proposals for recruitment activities.
Creating a strong network with overseas associates, and have a strong relationship with associates in 35+ countries to mobilize and deploy manpower.
Traveling to the concerned countries to conduct pre-screening of the candidates before presenting the same to the clients for the final interviews (Traveled to Myanmar, Nepal, India, Philippines and Greece).
Inspecting the Interview and logistic arrangements of the associates, before the interviews. And coordinating with the clients during the final interviews in organizing the event and ensuring the smooth functioning of the interview program.
Collecting all the necessary documents form the associate companies and processing the offer letters from the clients.
Collecting the signed offer letters along with other documents from the associate company and intimating the client for the visa processing.
Constantly coordinating with the client and the associate company and ensure on time deployment of the candidates as per the schedule.
Taking necessary actions on any labor related issues post-deployment and ensuring maximum client satisfaction.

Managing the operations of the Recruitment branch in Abu Dhabi.
Responsible for qualifying the resumes submitted by the team and submitting the same to the client.
Mentoring the recruitment team and ensuring the quality of submissions to the client.
Frequent interaction with the client to understand their business needs and tailoring the services in order to address the needs to win the good will of the client.
Responsible of handling the day to day issues within the branch and ensuring the smooth running of business.
Periodically reviewing the performance of the Branch and aligning the team to achieve the targets.
Conducting Daily and weekly update meeting and administering the performance of the team.
Frequently interacting with the client and gathering feedback on the submittals and measuring team performance.
Conducting regular training programs on various industries that are serviced and also conducting workshops for team work, time management etc.
Fixing realistic monthly and quarterly targets and ensuring the targets are exceeded by the team.
Generating revenue through Bulk recruitment from various countries.
Facilitating the client in document processing for overseas recruitment.
Working closely with the overseas agencies in various countries and facilitating the manpower recruitment process by getting the paperwork and attestation done by the chamber and concerned embassy and coordinating with both the parties for smooth on-boarding.
Coordinating with the agencies and deploying candidates from various countries.

Creating a strategic recruitment Plan and preparing a realistic Budget for Recruitment.
Working closely with recruitment agencies in organizing walk-in and Recruitment drives in various locations across the country.
Training the team members in Talent acquisition and monitoring them to ensure smooth implementation of the plan
Frequently interacting with the area managers and forecasting the upcoming resource needs and proactively creating a candidate pool by active canvassing and utilizing the generated resource pool for the short listing and deployment of resources. To minimize the response time and avoid resource shortages due to high level of employee turnover in the industry.
Allocating the resources as per the sales data from the line managers and ensuring proper distribution to all Malls and store Outlets.
Providing Orientation to the candidates and mentally prepare them for the challenges in the Retail Industry such as long hours of work, extended shifts during festival season and public holidays ect..
Issuing offer letters, and regular follow-up till the candidates accepts the offer and join the company.
Regularly update all the candidate information in the HRIS/HRMS.
Responsible for recruiting resources for various needs in the Patient care management needs such as Physicians, Nurses, and Paramedics etc.
Follow-up with short listed candidates after interview and place them in appropriate vacancies.
Providing training programs for Health, Safety & Environmental needs.
Preparing Monthly shift and training schedules for the assigned units.
Coordinating with the unit heads and facilitating the Performance Appraisal.
Assist with Quality audits & government documentation (as required).
Resourcing and identifying trainers for different training programs.
Preparation of training schedules for the Nurses.
Administering and monitoring work ethics in the allocated units.
• Master of Social Work (MSW) specializing in Human Resource Management, 2005 - 2007 Madras Christian College (Autonomous), University of Madras.
• Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Sociology, 2001 - 2004 Loyola College (Autonomous), University of Madras.
