SCOPE OF WORK

▪ Installation of Passenger boarding bridge and auxiliary equipment’s
▪ Installation of 33 passenger boarding bridge and auxiliary equipment.66 roof top units and 33 GPU units. And completion of testing &commissioning activities.



and maintenance of 91 passengers boarding bridges along with presidential PBB along with auxiliary equipment.





Roles and responsibility:



Providing proactive safety support to office and working site facilities.
Monitored and prevented potential workplace safety hazards through
routine inspections and training, to enforce the HSE policy of the company
And implementation of each procedure on the work site, investigations into accidents,
injuries, and unsafe conditions.
Directly reporting to Regional HSE manager as project HSE representative to perform execution of Safety Practices and procedures which includes implementation of Project HSE plan, accomplishing task analysis, evaluation of hazardous and risk conditions, recommendation of control measures, and implementation of training programs and safeguard execution of work to ensure a safe working environment.

▪ Reporting Directly to regional HSE Manager about matters related to H&S of employees working at QATAR Branch
▪ Control, maintain and update all health, safety, and environmental documents, as required by the Health and Safety Management team.
▪ Conducting monthly HSE meetings with project team.
▪ Attending monthly/quarterly regional HSE meetings as project HSE representative of Qatar Branch.
▪ preparation of monthly Health, safety and environmental Reports and the monthly HSE performance review reports about their matters.
▪ To ensure HSE Policy, HSE Plans, Procedures, MSRA and SOP are in place at site. And to report shortcomings.
▪ Conduct and compile risk assessments for the site activities, prepare daily, weekly, monthly HSE reports as requested, compile a safety checklist for employees to use.
▪ To ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, Communicate and reporting safety performance to the line superior.
▪ Conduct accident investigation and report preparation and follow up with the corrective procedure on accidents/ injuries taken place.
▪ Being part of planned & random safety audits and to implement recommend improvements.
▪ Advise the site construction team on matters in respect of health, safety and environmental requirements and site implementation.

.The Works comprise of the execution and completion of main works for the proposed residential Building

Project : WESTERN TAXIWAY & STAND DEVELOPMENT WORKS, The project
includes roads, Holding bays, bridges, landside highways,
victor stands, runway strips, runways, tunnels, apron, utility
zones, receiving and launching shafts, microtunneling
permanent fence and landside infrastructure.

Providing proactive safety support to office and working site facilities. Monitored and prevented

Support and advice to the project team, and promoting the continual
improvement safety culture in the work place.
Hazard identification, and ensuring corrective action to be taken on time through
addressing to site construction representatives.
Ensure all the work have been carried out with approved/valid permits and STARRT briefing
to carried out prior to start any activity at the work site
Inspecting the workplace to ensure that safety awareness posters and safety signage’s are
posted adequately.
Training the site staffs to improve the safety culture at site
Discussing the unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, unsafe practices in the weekly TBT to Give
awareness.
Ensure each activity at the work site has been carried out as per approved RAMS.
Preparing weekly /Monthly HSE statistical reports
Will support to HSE engineer to prepare detailed investigation report if any accidents
happen atsite
Maintaining HSE documents like Reports, Training records, Violationlog, Inspections Reports
Escalating the issue to HSE engineer in any matter requires managementattention.
Performing task specific inspection for critical activities at site such as Excavation, Lifting
, Confined space, Hot work, Work at Height
Maintaining and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations, and Procedures.
Recommend safety procedures that will reduce employees' exposureto Chemical,
physical, and biological work hazards.
Attending the daily/weekly HSE meetings with HSE management, Consultant to discuss the
issues Related to health & safety.
Participate in site walk along with Client or consultant to inspect the Workplace
Take care of induction and internal training for workers and staffs
Reporting HSE activities regularly to HSE Engineer.
Conduct Mock drill, fire drill as per the site evacuation planand implement
safety.
To co-ordinate with client/consultant in respect of HSE issues on the work site.
