As a principla architect, am working for product innovation, business development and global partnerships. We deal the customer value management by helping in smart customer engagement. We achieve this through data science and machine learning support. We support telecom, banking and retail enterprises around the globe.
Joined as a solution architect and served in service assurance and fulfillment domain. Lead many transformation projects. Later moved to enterprise architecture area and lead bigdata and BFSI projects.
I joined as subject matter expert in service assurance domain of telecom. I worked in the Andes BT project as a SME for HPOV, Infovista and other Fault and Performance management products. I contributed in transition and transformation of Andes project.
Worked as an IT Manager in Reliance and contributed in the department of wireline data Reliance Telecom. I have contributed in Retail and Petroleum divisions as well.
