and services adhere to the Project specifications, BOQ & IFC.

• Oversee all the procurement activities starts from preparation of procurement process to make the accomplishment of the job in hand.
• Preparation of procurement process model for the projects and manage activities to execute the same.
• Preparation of the packages of the materials and services required for the project accomplishment.
• Initiate and float the RFP for the materials and services and send to suppliers for the proposal.
• Sourcing of the materials required for the project according to project specifications and from approved vendor list.
• Identify the materials to be submitted for the project and getting proposals from suppliers in PVL.
• Contact with manufactures around the globe for the materials which is specified by the consultant and gets proposal from local dealer in Qatar.
• Analyze all suppliers to select the most suitable suppliers who can deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
• Technical and commercial evaluation of the proposals for the materials to find out appropriate supplier for the project.
• Oversee and manage the pre-qualification of suppliers and material submittal and keep tracking of approvals.
• Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule, and quality.
Working with Aktor SA as Lead Supply Chain Supervisor-MEP for AKTOR-L&T-YAPI MERKEZI- STFA-AL JABER JV.
• Provide Support to Construction team with overall material management and coordination of logistics planning.
• Interfaces with the Procurement team & warehouse to ensure material is available as needed to support the project execution plan & schedule.
• Review of MAR, ITP and other supporting documents necessary generate inspection report for the incoming materials.

Oversees the procurement, or purchasing, of technical goods and services for Doha Metro Rail Project.
Working on a Joint Venture of Samsung C&T, Obrascon Huarte Lain (OHL), and Qatar Building Company (QBC) to build two of Doha Metro Major Stations for $1.4 billion.
The project covers the design and construction of the Msheireb and Education City stations. These two stations will be “modern” buildings and serve as transfer points to different metro lines or other transportation modes, such as long-distance rail. Msheireb will be located in the heart of downtown Doha, which is currently undergoing an urban restoration project, and be the Qatari capital’s leading metro station. The station in Education City which is located on the outskirts of Doha and aims to be a center for educational excellence in the Persian Gulf region, will connect with a regional
railway.
