At Datamatics Global Services, I worked across proctoring support and transformation & solutions, balancing exam compliance monitoring with process improvement work. I cleaned and restructured raw datasets, building pie-chart and percentage-based reports to surface account performance trends, then used root-cause analysis to identify what was driving underperformance. A key part of my role involved mapping end-to-end process flows for different Lines of Business — running side-bar discussions and Teams meetings with LOB team leads, then presenting flows for stakeholder approval. Once approved, I partnered with senior management to review each process and strip out unnecessary constraints and cost-driving steps, helping make operations leaner and more cost-efficient. Alongside this, I managed up to 9 simultaneous LSAT/Prometric as well as smarter services proctoring sessions with strict compliance and real-time documentation.
