• Monitoring site progress of all above mentioned systems with respect to approved construction programme.
• Managing Authorities approvals from DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), ADDC, ADWEA, Abu Dhabi civil defence (ADCD), Civil Aviation etc..
• Checking design drawings for all above mentioned system and issue the same for construction.
• Advising Consultant with Proposal for Technical issues.
• Verify quantity surveyor’s quantity take off and variation claims by MEP contractor.
• Preparing, checking and approving all shop drawings and coordination drawings related to all above mentioned trades and issue the coordinated layout to site.
• Preparing, checking and approving hydraulics calculation for pumps and equipment.
• Preparing, checking and approving all material submittals related to MEP works
• Ensure ordered materials and equipment’s are reaching at site as per construction programme.
• Closely monitor and record the delays caused by sub-contractors
• Arranging and preparing all project closure documents including lessons learned.

JOC project package 8 is mixed use development consists of 5 hospitality buildings named A1 to A5, 4 floors of common basement, Marina, Ball room and external works with Separate District cooling plant which forms an essential part of the Contract Works which include the construction, completion, testing and commissioning, handing-over and carryout the periodic and preventative maintenance during the Defects Liability Period.
