Lead various projects leading as Senior Program Manager, Project Manager and Scrum Master for various end clients to name few Microsoft, Verizon, HSBC. Developed various applications, web development projects etc using various software development tools like Azure Dev Opns (ADO), Jira, Microsoft Project, Clarity, SharePoint, Confluence. Worked on as Waterfall & Agile methodology extensively Successfully Implemented various projects for various end-clients.

Responsibilities:
• At Microsoft, worked on Data Platform upgrade to MIDAS 3.0 release which helped effective source data through multiple sources to feed Analytics reports for customer. Parallelly, worked with cross functional team including Business, Data and Analytics teams for various customer reports upgrades, used Azure Dev Ops (ADO) to track work, it progress and create reports for management reporting.
• At Verizon worked on various applications related to HR, Payroll, GRE (Global Real Estate) and Communications (Corporate Communications, VZweb, VZ Media). Over-viewed multiple projects and getting updates to senior executives. Totally we had around 200+ projects across those portfolios.
• At HSBC, worked on migrating HSBC Mortgage Servicing from PHH to Dovenmuehle Mortgage (DMI). Project had number of impact areas i.e. New Loan Boarding, Loan Level Accounting, Equifax, Private Bank, Customer Channels, Payments and few other business areas. Target was to have new loans Servicing started by DMI and existing active loansto be migrated to DMI for them to start servicing.
• Analyze the risks/issues associated with each project/task with all the cross-functional team and co dependent business areas; ensure dependences are clearly communicated and proactively resolved for any issues.
• Data from DTL picked up by Shared Services - Business Intelligence (SS-BI) Analytics to create various reports for customers for different products (e.g. Microsoft 365, Viva, Cloud Endpoint etc.) metrics such as Intent and Deployment (I&D), PAU, MAU ratio and numerous other parameters.
• Worked extensively on Azure Dev Ops (ADO) for tracking work on sprint boards, developing dashboards and working with BI team to create advanced dashboards for reporting purposes.
• Managing Infosys as a Vendor's for various developmental/testing work. Ensuring SLA's and KPI's including year on year productivity is meet.
• Worked on monitoring/updating scorecards across portfolio, their Variance analysis (of Actual vs Outlook dollars). Extensively worked on Planning yearly expenditure dollars including Capex, Opex across portfolios and there Benefit analysis.
• Closely worked with Infosys on AD (Application Development) and AM (Application Maintenance) work and tracked there LOE (Level of Efforts), getting its approval based on them meeting acceptance criteria. Service now is used a standard project management tool.
