Assisting the Head of Finance in Financial and Management Reporting (MIS),
Preparing Budgets in line with the directive of the Management,
Analyze monthly/quarterly/yearly business performance against budgets & forecasts and provide commentary to the Senior management,
Track, control and analyze the major variation in Balance sheet and Profit & Loss and supervise reconciliation functions,
Direct and Indirect cost allocations at Customer level/RM level/Unit Level,
Prepare/Generate Customer level/RM level/Unit Level profitability reports through Economic Value/ Economic Profit models and monitor their performances against their targets to support the business in strategic decision making and to minimize revenue leakages,
Geographical/Segmental/Divisional level reporting and their consolidation.
Monitor the costs to ensure cost control and expense reporting
Analyze and application of cost of funds (transfer pricing) to Assets and Liabilities - product wise as per the directive of ALCO,
Ensure compliance to local regulatory requirements and reportings which includes Central Bank reporting, Basel II reportings, etc.
Handling business queries and providing them with the requested MIS reports in order to provide value added supports to the business units,
Oversee audit planning and coordinating with internal and external auditors.
Heading finance department of the MENA Region,
Finalize the accounts of the each division and the their consolidations
Preparing Budgets/Forecasts and the commentaries for the variance analysis,
Prepare performance analysis reports on monthly basis which includes financial and non-financial numbers for strategic decision making and suggest corrective action wherever required
Manage Accounts Receivables, Payables, Cash flows, Reconciliations, Payroll, Fixed Assets and Inventory
Compliance to group policies and procedures in a controlled and consistent manner
Work closely with the auditors for the completion of Quarterly and Annual audits,
Interacting with the banks to arrange loans, facilities and maintain company accounts
Responsible for the Overall accounts and finance of the entire Middle East Region together with Budgets incl. rollover budgets, MIS Reporting, Cash Flows Projections, Consolidation of financial statements and conducting the final audits
Preparing the financial statements of the group and conducting the final audits,
Generating various MIS reports for the top management and preparation of budgets, cash flows, profitability analysis and ratios
Handled Project and Contract Accounting
Handling Letter of Credits and Bank Guarantee’s and other facilities.
Preparing project reports for the company,
Supervising the maintenance, up gradation and customization of all the modules of ORION 10 (an ERP Software) viz. Financials, Payroll, Job Costing, Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchase and Sales modules.
Generation of MIS reports for the management,
Preparation of the interim financial statements of the Company.
Looking after the Receivables and Credit Analysis of the whole group,
Handling the individual’s taxation matters,
Conducting the internal audit for the company.
