In addition, Handling the survey management and distribution process for various clients using VantagePoint tool like client satisfaction surveys, supplier review surveys, Internal HR surveys etc. Analyzing the survey results and sharing it with the clients for their review
Supporting Platform support team in KOP (King of Prussia, USA) with Daptiv application tool maintenance and handling daily tickets from the end users regarding the project access, new user creation, archive projects etc.
Handling adhoc excel report automations from various buying center managers.
Generating Monthly reports for client savings, spend categories, region, buyer and plant wise savings.
