I joined K4 as a Dy. Sales Manager - January 2021. Responsible for developing and expanding the sales team in the Business Commercial Solutions, Industrial, Automotive Retail, and Fleet sectors. My portfolio was expanded in May 2022 to include the sales team of the automotive OEM sector. Yearly targets were achieved through a genuine sales cycle supported by iconic brands such as 3M (USA), Rupes (Italy), Gradus (UK), Bimack (Italy), PPG (Italy), Covrgard (UK), etc.

My KRA is:
• Set sales goals, plan, and track key performance indicators for success, refining strategies to align with company objectives.
• Lead the recruitment, training, and coaching of a high-performing sales team. Conduct performance reviews, offer constructive feedback, motivate, and support team members to achieve sales quotas.
• Building strong customer relationships that are ongoing involves observing and addressing customer problems. By utilizing a CRM application, companies can keep track of customer calls and deals.
• Develop comprehensive sales strategies, collaborate with the marketing team to align sales objectives with business goals, and meticulously manage sales budgets to maximize return on investment.
• Utilizing a CRM system to generate sales reports, record sales and customer interactions, and leverage data-based insights to optimize sales strategies.
• Develop and implement customer retention strategies, analyze customer feedback to enhance retention rates, and create loyalty programs to incentivize repeat purchases.
• Engaging in the development and maintenance of relationships with qualified clients, identifying new business opportunities, drafting client proposals and presentations, and enhancing relationships with various industry partners.
• Continuously monitoring stock levels, regularly reviewing products, forecasting sales to anticipate future demand, avoiding stock-outs, nurturing strong supplier relationships, and efficiently coordinating logistics.
• Analyzing workload, determining the optimal number of staff to achieve sales targets, and allocating tasks based on team members' strengths and expertise. Implementing effective schedules, practicing time management, and delegating tasks to the most qualified team members. Empower team members to make decisions and take ownership of their tasks.

I joined Alshaya in July 2014 as a Sales Executive, was promoted to Senior Sales Executive in 2018, and received the Commitment Award for the year 2018. My Key Result Area (KRA) involved promoting sales of hospitality carpets, office furniture, and demountable partitions (various brands) through tenders, direct client presentations, and engagement with major consultants in Kuwait. My responsibilities also included managing the complete post-sale cycle, which involved supplier interaction, procurement, supply chain coordination, and handover, all aimed at instilling confidence in the client.

My KRA was:

• Collaborated with the design team to analyze the drawings and develop a comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the client, highlighting the requirements for various suppliers.
• Prepared product presentations, value engineering proposals, and statements on alternative product compliance.
• Sourced and delivered the required materials (office furniture, demountable partitions, hand-tufted carpets, loose furniture, and fixed furniture) for each project.
• Developed and maintained the Project Procurement & Shipment Tracker.
• Successfully engaged with suppliers, the logistics team, the warehouse team, and project subcontractors to deliver the products within the desired timelines.
• Coordinating the site activities among the various subcontractors to ensure smooth installation, snagging, and handover.

- Worked with the design team in studying the drawings and calculating the right quantity for the
right costing & profit calculation.
- Managed the In-house installation team to follow the right installation method.
