• Inventory management

• Daily stock take and reporting to the accounts department every day
• Follow upon near expiry and non moving stocks
• Maintaining stock returns voucher, short receipts (about shipment )
• Arrangement of the stock as per the warehouse area as well as weight and volume of the sock
• Making daily stock requisition to the purchase department as per the stock movement.
• Coordinating with purchase department to maintain stock levels at the ware house or any kind of problem in the purchase order
• Setting benchmark for the bulk deliveries
• Receiving goods through suppliers on the agreed number of purchase orders and expiries for the local purchase
• Keeping stock in the expiry date conditions specially food items
• Receiving of imported goods as per the commercial invoice for the international purchase
• Issuing stocks to the restaurants, kitchen, factory and retail shops as per their requirement even tracking issues on daily basis
• Safety and other related issues
• Checking temperature of freezes, chillers as applicable to the stock
• Segregating hygienic, non food, food, packing and flammable goods
• Closely monitoring safety and clean issues at the ware house premises
• Motivating ware house staff in terms of stock rotation, stock height level, storing capacity, receiving same SKU in the two different production date or expiry dates even helping them for any kind of problem in the description or UMO , PCS, KG, ETC
