Prepared and submit the Cluster T&C Reports. Contributed to the development and management of an internal library of training materials that can be utilized by all employees.
Reporting: Analyzed the Training Evaluation Reports and implement the necessary corrective actions. Conduct periodic audits of the Clusters training department. Handle specific projects from time-to-time as requested by the Head of Skills Development.
