Working with the Home Department of Punjab on the Justice System Support Programme (JSSP) to improve performance of
the criminal justice system in Punjab.
• Currently setting up data collection and monitoring routines of Rule of Law Roadmap that includes Punjab Police Department,
Punjab Prosecution Department, Directorate of Reclamation and Probation, Punjab Prisons and Punjab Forensic Science
Agency.
• Conducted census of 3, 000 prisoners in Lahore to assess cases of inappropriately held prisoners. These cases have been
forwarded to the Home Department for release in order to reduce overcrowding in prisons.
Center for Economic Research in Pakistan (CERP), Pakistan
Set up an employment facilitation center for women, Job Asaan, which is an initiative of the Punjab Commission on the Status
of Women (PCSW) implemented by CERP.
• Managed data collection routines and research design for conducting analysis on labor force participation of women in Punjab
that aimed to inform policy makers on potential interventions to facilitate entry of women in the job market.
• Lead design and implementation of Job Asaan’s services including job application, job matching, training and mentorship.
• Supervised a software team for the development of a Management Information System (MIS) for automation of all data
processes for Job Asaan.
• Managed relationships with key stakeholders on the project including faculty members from Duke University, USA, senior
management at PCSW and UNFPA.
• Monitored progress of all components of the project and prepared financial and technical reports.

Planned, executed and evaluated training programs that aimed to build capacity of government officials by teaching the core
concepts and application of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E).
• Managed all financial and logistical aspects of M&E trainings including printing of training material, booking of auditoriums,
designing the schedule of teaching faculty, registering participants, arranging travel and accommodation for participants and
preparing evaluation report for each training
Authored two technical notes in collaboration with the teaching faculty that are published in the Case Research Centre (CRC)
at LUMS. These serve as teaching material for trainings conducted on M&E.
• Organized an international conference on “Harnessing the Potential of Low-Fee Private Schools, ” that provided a common
platform to policy experts and educators to discuss innovative methods of teaching.
• Certified for ASP Training on Monitoring and Evaluation for Operational Executives.
