Monitoring site preparations, mobilizing contractors for carrying out erection activities
Interacting with team members to ensure smooth progress of project work
Developing project baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
Formulating operating budgets and managing overall operations for executing projects within cost & time norms.
Organising / participating project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking
Administering the preparation of monthly progress reports entailing progress & details for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities
Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of production targets
