Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) Present

Analyze the client requirements and identify the gaps to the desired objectives thereby ensuring the projects meets the deadlines in terms of its quality and product deliveries with the closure of user acceptance, thereby ensuring all the department objectives are met in coordination with the associated responsive entities.
Categorizing and arranging various other software demos for the stakeholders / users because of company requirement / Department and collect the feedback and documented.

Radiology Information System RIS PACS (present)

Coordinate with RIS & PACS provider (Fujifilm) and implement the RIS & PACS application in All the GMC & Thumbay Hospitals successfully.
In coordination Fujifilm team with hospital team in managing the project implementation all the Hospitals.
Identify any training/knowledge needs for user and colleagues coordinate with solution provider.
Coordinating and responding to client issues to the provider.
Document all testing and client setup’s
Coordinating work with functional area leaders and monitoring and reporting on project status and issues to solution provider as well as IT Manager.
