Production and Business development and Client servicing :
As part of the production department one of the primary goals was to organize the complete process of production.
Dealing with issues from various department (in-house to contracted) allowed me to get a good understanding of production line. Making the whole process a well oiled machine in a span of 15 days is one of my achievements.
Conceptualization to packaging, handling press releases, publicity campaign management, communication across verticals were added responsibilities.

Publicity and Participant co-ordination, talent management, costume designing, managing resources, handling people, price negotiations, studio management, artist co-ordination, vendor management, content management were a few of the other responsibilities.


Business Development:

This role was the most challenging role played till date. Having produced a show which was humongous in terms of the production costs and the number of people involved, we still did not have any sponsors or did not have any particular sales team to help.

I was given the responsibility to build a sales team specifically for the Reality-series division. Having brought in sponsors during recession happens to be another achievement.

Hyundai, Hero-Honda, Himalaya Drugs, Samsung etc were some of the event sponsors.

This whole experience has given me a good understanding of media sales and marketing and helped me further.
