❖ Worked for HOTEL DURBAR, Nepal as CHEF DE PARTIE, for the period of one year (2001 TO 2002)
❖ Worked for HOTEL MANASLU, Nepal as COMMI - I, for the period of three years (1998 to 2001)
❖ Worked for HOTEL SEEMA, Nepal as a COMMI - III, for the period of one year (1997 to 1998)
DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ❖ Report to the Executive chef.
❖ Responsible for daily inventory and requisitions.
❖ Responsible for reducing pilferages and wastage to bare minimum.
❖ Maintain hygiene in the kitchen and training kitchen staffs.
❖ Responsible for work strength and man power management with eighteen (18) staffs on the roll.
❖ Helping Executive chef in main designing, pricing and presentation of the dishes for COFFEE SHOP and CORAL RESTURANT.
❖ To see that all orders are served on time (punctuality)
❖ Help the Butchery if required.
❖ Along with Executive chef to maintain food quality and control food cost.
❖ Responsible for setting buffets by arranging carvings of food and vegetables.
❖ S.L.C. - Board of S.L.C. Nepal ❖ I.A. - Tribhuvan University Nepal ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION: ❖ Three months Basic Computer Training MS - DOS MS - WORD MS - EXCEL MS - POWER POINT E - Mail Internet PROFESSIONAL TRAININING: ❖ BASIC FOOD HYGENIC TRAINING (fifteen days) ❖ BASIC HOTEL MANAGEMENT TRAINING (Four months)
