Leading a team for Business Development for Overseas Projects for Hydrocarbon and related projects.
Preparing per-qualification document, compiling all relevant and project specific information.

Managing Priority Wise Material Requirement and Fabrication Front Calculation.
Guiding technical assistant in Joint Numbering, Field Joint Marking & Spool Marking for Isometrics of DHDT.
Monitoring record keeping, documentation as per ISO: 9001, quality records and controlling quality.
Fabricating, erecting, aligning, supporting & hydro-testing of Carbon Steel, NaceHIC, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, LTCS and GI Piping (Process & Utility).
Coordinating with client & consultant; taking Job Certification from the client and preparing invoicing for Client Billing for “DHDT PIPING”.
Handling sub-contractor billing, material reconciliation and job closing.
Monitoring new tender information / notices, attending Pre-bid meetings, estimating cost, farming up strategy, formulating JV and assessing risk.

Attending Technical & Commercial Clarification Meetings and negotiating with Consultant & Client.

Preparing the Piping Loops for Plant Hydraulic System & Document Review and Flushing & Chemical Cleaning Loops.
Conducting material reconciliation and closing of Job.
