Designation: Technical Administration Manager

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
 Onsite visit (Paris) & Interaction with business & onsite team.
 Ensure the compliance of services provided by the provider and the expected level of services.
 Ensuring that service delivery takes place based on the Service level agreements.
 Supervise and follow-up of services provided by the provider (SLA).
 Manage the satisfaction of Businesses and SG Cloud Factory department with Customer satisfaction reports (CSR).
 Ensure the continuous improvement of the quality of service, of processes and of governance.
 Ensure operations execution and manage its quality.
 Collaborate with the several departments of SG Cloud Factory, with Businesses and with the provider.
 Play a role of facilitator between these actors in incident, escalation, changes, problems, RCA, GoLive, performance management, capacity management, security, test DRP, backup, and switch.
 Ensure the application of the Quality Assurance plan in coordination with the Governance Officer.
 Ensure the respect of operational processes by the provider throughout ITSM Tools, reporting tools, meetings and actions plans.
 Measure and compare results with specified requirements.
 Communicate the status of changes, incidents and critical and/or visible problems to the management of SG Cloud Factory and to Businesses.
