Total Involvement & managing Overall project engineering activities related to the Electrical & instrumentation . It includes-schedule preparation & its review, project cost estimation & capital work budgeting, preparation & finalization of engineering specification from design aspect for different field instruments & control room automation units like DCS, PLC, SCADA, ESD Systems, furnish P & I diagrams, logic diagrams, cable schedule, JB schedule, hook-up diagrams, bar chart preparation & work progress follow-up, drawing & specification checking, negotiation with vendor & finalization, time-to-time project review & presentation, co-ordination with the site in charge, to follow FAT & SAT procedure for the material, documentation review & handing over to relevant dept. To prepare and review scopes of work and technical content for contracts and procurement.
Directs and supervises the installation, maintenance, repair, trouble-shooting and modification activities carried out on a wide range of electrical equipment, control panels, power distribution systems and associated switch gears in the plant. Maintenance job of motors and drives.
SAP related Planning & Scheduling Work Orders as per the Preventive Maintenance policy, Maintenance Work Orders, Man hour planning, To maintain history of equipment related to electrical & Instrument side, To generate daily, weekly, monthly & yearly reports. Tracking of PM schedule of equipments.To add new Equipments for PM in SAP. Tagging of equipments, To attend meeting related to Safety audit, Risk Assessments, plant modification & implemantation, Technical specification review.Following & Implementation the Company HSE Policy in all respect. Participation in Hazard and Hazop reviews.
TO follow up with Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Ltd- GASCO- Maqta Abu Dhabi for related to gas supply, metering, modification of Natural Gas Line, Installation of ROV, RTU, PRS, Flow Computers & Cathodic Protection & Instruments related to Natural Gas Line. Got PTW pass authorized to work on GAS lines.
Provide technical advice and guidance on all related maintenance works. Participates in the planning and implementation of all systems modifications, expansions and installations
Also looking after Preventive maintenance plant & Utility area instruments & Trouble shooting of problems related to machine control systems. Break down analysis, planning, Indents & Import substitution. Spare management, Modifications in system as per requirement. To provide new thoughts & new ideas in order to minimize the breakdowns & enhance quality & productivity.Overall management & supervision of internal or external manpower including planning, arrangement and co-ordination with inter department. Expertisation in installation, commissioning, trouble-shooting and modification of the software/hardware of PLC, DCS, SCADA, ESD systems of the plants. Co-ordination of loop checking and commissioning activities for all Instruments and Electrical equipments.
To provide training related to the different technical aspects to subordinates. Mentor for UAE Nationals and new department members.
Scheduling & implementation of calibration, preventive checking and break-down activities of different type of instruments during plant shutdown & plant running condition as per quality standards of ISO-9000, ISO-14001 & OHSAS-18001

Experince in Smart Plant Instrumentation / INTOOLS V7 / Valcal / Flowcal

Setting up and maintaining Boiler equipments/instruments; Safety Shutdown Programmable Logic Controllers; Microprocessor based Process Instrumentation Equipments and various sensors; Variable Frequency Drives; Conventional and Smart type Flow, Level, Pressure & Temperature Transmitters; Control Valves of various types; Terminal Automation Instruments; Gas Analyzers; Gas Detection Systems and Pneumatic Instruments.
Experience of installation, commissioning & maintenance of different types of on-line Tank Weighing Systems, finished products Weighing Scale of different capacity, On-line Bagging Weighment & Weigh-Bridges.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skill and have good analytical skill.
To look after long delivery & routine procurement activities and inventory handling/spares management through SAP. Preparing vendor grouping and finalization of vendor list as per specification.
