ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE PROJECTS HANDLED
.
❑ Developed integrated detail level schedule for the design, engineering, procurement, production
, assembly, testing and installation and commissioning of project elements to meet the project milestones.
❑ Used computer software programs including Primavera P-6, MS-Project, MS-Excel etc and prepared Daily,
Weekly and monthly progress reports, analysed the Variances by Progress S-Curve, Baseline Schedules and
advised feasible solutions to the team to achieve the milestones.
❑ Created the work front for activities by material and manpower allocations w.r.t Baseline schedules.
❑ Prepared short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from all key players and team
members
❑ Evaluated the allocation of resources and provided recommendations to maintain required progress.
❑ Provided forecasts to the team of near term and long term target dates and upcoming milestones and
provided critical path information that will help the team for the completion of deliverables.
❑ Interface with engineering, production and project management to develop integrated schedule to
represent project status.
❑ Attended Progress review meetings with client, conducted internal coordination meetings and eliminated
constraints in Project progress.
❑ Sketched biweekly and monthly Look ahead schedules to achieve desired progress.
❑ Prepare weekly coordination meetings with all departments to discuss all problem issues that arises on the
project and preparation of action plans
❑ Recommend alternate execution strategies to the Project Manager and Project Team that assists them in
creating work plans that meet the project milestones.
❑ Identified additional works on projects and reported to client for reassess and amend SOW responsibilities,
proposals, contracts and budgets.
❑ Prepared and Submitted Invoices to the Client, Verified the sub-contractor Invoices.
❑ Prepared the Technical proposals for Tenders and joined Site visits.
❑ Monitor actual man-hours against budgeted man-hours and take steps to correct overruns.
❑ Full knowledge, understanding, and endorsement of all HSES policies, procedures, rules, regulations and
certification requirements

(11 Nos of Tanks Varying from 75 M dia to 35 M dia with a height of 20 Metres )

Sludge Removal from 11 Nos Tanks and their treatment
Replacement of Cooling Water piping and Foam Piping
Bottom Plate and Annular plate Replacement by Lifting the Tank using powerpacks.
Shell Plate Replacements, Roof Replacements
Pontoon Modifications/Plate replacements
Roof Seal Replacement including fixtures for Floating roof Tanks
Blasting and Painting Works
Replacement of Valves and Flanges and Tank Hydro testing
Coordinating with Client, Ensuring proper resources when Tank jobs are done in
parallel, Preparing BOQ, Schedule Preparation and Updation, S-Curve Preparation and advising
corrective actions for delayed jobs if any, Preparation of Revised schedules, Preparation of Progress
reports, Attending Progress review meetings, attending Task Risk Assessment (TRA )Meetings,
Preparation of Method Statements, Invoicing of Subcontractors, Self Bill Preparation and Submission etc.
