The management expected a successfully services in Financial / Leasing segment in motor insurance related customer requirements. It gave new dimensions in motor underwriting / sales & service support/ commission & incentive payments/ debit collection/ follows up on renewals/ motor claims/ loyal relationships / etc. convincing on the advantages of mutually beneficial business to business marketing, hence we were building/ improving the overall contribution of Sir Lanka Insurance.
