Involved in creating Documentations/Training Manuals for new projects and making sure the existing documentations are updated when required. XML keying, validating the XML data using schema file. Parsing the XML files and rectifying parsing errors. Troubleshooting in the process of loading the data online. Fixing load failures. Gazettes: Uploading various gulf laws on GCMS, load them on Novus Publishing page through File Transfer Protocol (FTP). Current Awareness: Creating XML file for articles, validating them and loading them to Novus Publishing page. Maintenance: Fixing bugs by editing/correcting texts, changing PDFs etc. Consolidations: Creating relationships such as amendment, repeals, add units etc. between laws.
Cases/Legal Insight/Journals: Loading various gulf Cases/Legal Insights/Journals on Novus Publishing page through File Transfer Protocol (FTP). Post loads verification, maintaining quality tracker for the team and consolidate them.
