• Submission of weekly, QPR ( Quarterly Prudential review) and annual review report to CBB (Central Bank of Bahrain- regulatory reporting);
• Completion of monthly and annual accounts on a strict deadlines and reporting to holding company;
• Consolidation of subsidiaries into the holding companies and finalization of year-end financial statements as per IFRS;
• Appointed as MLRO of the company which includes KYC procedures and regulatory reporting;
• Only point of contact for statutory auditors by providing all relevant financial documents and completing audit on time;
• Develop short and long term budgets for exercising financial control over company operations;
• Finalization of yearly budget preparation of investment, human resource and finance dep’t;
• Variance analysis of actual vs budget preparation and presentation to committee members;
• Control other department function like setting budget and monitoring it month on month basis;
• Asset management of properties located at different part of the world which includes residential commercial and development properties;
• Preparation of SPV accounts for different properties and dealing with government authorities where SPV is located;
• Dealing with auditors on regular basis for audit of different subsidiaries;
• Great support for the investment team, provides the financial analysis and other important reports on project to project basis;
• Establish and maintain professional relationship with banks and financial institutions;
• Implement the policies and procedure in the different department of the company;
• Reporting to Dubai Venture group(Holding Company) on monthly and annual basis as per their reporting pack;
• Reporting to board of directors on quarterly and annual basis and any other query raised by them on regularly basis;
• Successfully implemented Orion (Oracle based finance software) in the finance dep’t;
