 Assigning duties to the department foremen and allocating labors.
 To prepare the erection planning with respect to the project master program and the priority.
 To co-ordinate with the Production team to ensure the casting of the elements to meet our requirement and planning.
 Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specification and drawing.
 Raising of NCR and ensuring all the NCR’s are closed within the agreed duration.
 To submit inspection request to the consultant for the completed work and to participate in joint inspection with the consultant.
 To monitor the status of inspection
 To co-ordinate with the design department in order to resolve the design issues and incase of clarification in drawing.
 To co-ordinate with the transportation department for the follow up of the delivery of requested elements to the site.
 Requisition of materials and its follow up with the purchase department.
 Day to Day management of site including supervising and monitoring the site manpower and the work
 Liaising with the consultant, Main contractor, Sub contractors, supervisors and the general work force involved in the project.

 Lialising with the consultant sub contractors, supervisors and the general work force involved in the project.
 Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
 Requisition of materials.
 Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
 Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
 Taking the quantities for the completed work and preparing Measurement Book.
 To participate in surveying to layout installation and establish reference points and elevations to guide construction.

 Establishing QA/QC system at site.
 To co-ordinate with the consultant in order to resolve Quality control related problems on site
 Ensuring that work is carried out as stipulated in the Inspection Test Plan
 Establishment of document control system
 Ensuring that the project is moving as per the Project schedule.
 Raising of NCR and ensuring all the NCR’s are closed within the agreed duration
 Preparing the material request as per the project planning and its follow up.
 To follow up NCR issued and ensure necessary curative and corrective action is taken in the defined period to avoid its recurrence
 Received elements are conforming to the design shop drawings and damage free
 Proper and safe handling, storing and installation of elements are practiced
 Co-ordination with Quantity surveyor in order to submit the Invoice.(invoice is subjected to the approval of items of work).
