Project Title: Formulation and evaluation of sildenafil citrate mouth dissolving tablets.
Abstract: Sildenafil citrate is used to treat erectile dysfunction and pulmonary arterial hypertension. This formulation is carried out to mask taste, hardness, physical parameters by using calcium carbonate, menthol crystals and different flavors like polomint, orange flavor, orange + menthol, lemon + menthol to produce reproducible batch.
