• Implemented design, use-case validation, support activities & knowledge management activities
• Handled B2B & B2C Sales of Dealers in a territory spanning from Bangalore to North Karnataka
• Led the Forecasting & Demand Planning for the region (Karnataka), which led to 50% reduction of ageing stock of Dealer Network
• Partnered with multiple teams across India, to analyze market data to identify trends, gather market intelligence & execute new business development opportunities
• Liaised with CRM & Technology Teams to manage Digital Transformation Projects for improved daily operations of Dealer, leading to superior customer experience (No.1 in JD Power SSI Score - 866, 2017)
• Analyzed Voice of Customers (VOC) on a regular basis, to understand post-sales customer satisfaction level
