Tengiz Oilfield Main duties: Manage MSW, CHESM Teams and Technical Standards Specialist. Develop and update Safety Instructions and Procedures based on RoK Legislation changes, corporate standards and international best practices. Provide support on high-risk operations and work activities. Manage HSE aspects of contractors at bid qualification and work-in-progress. Adopt and deploy new Contractor Operational Excellence Management and Control of Work Processes in the company. Facilitate Tengiz Safety Steering Committee and Collaboration Networks with Major Oil and Gas Producers in RoK KPO, NCOC, CPC. Perform duties of MSW / COEM CoP member and Process Advisor.

Manage Incident Investigation Team, QA/QC major investigations, manage team’s business plan, budget, performance, organizational capabilities. Conduct 3-day Incident Investigation training as a Chevron certified Trainer.
Conduct investigations of major incidents according to Chevron standards and RoK regulations. Manage investigations and workload within II&R Team. Mentor and coach new Investigation Specialists. Quality Review of investigations results and recommendations. Data collection and classification of all reported near misses and incidents. Participated in investigation of actual fatality incident.
Conduct incident investigations using Root Cause Analysis methodology (Five Why, Why Tree, Learning Teams). Collect data, conduct interviews, identify root causes and corrective actions of incidents and near misses. Develop investigation reports according to corporate standards and RoK regulations.
Aktogay Copper Mining Construction Project
Main duties: develop training programs, presentations, training matrixes for Kazakhmys and Contractors (hazardous works, risk assessments, JHA, traffic safety, incident investigations and etc.). Conduct Train-the-Trainer trainings, toolboxes, safety meetings, inductions. Audit contractors’ qualifications, certifications, quality of trainings and their compliance with RoK regulations, company standards and international best practices.
Main duties: Manage Health, Safety, Environment, Fire, Business Continuity and Emergency Response in the RoK (headquarters, 4 branches, residential facilities) and contractors’ (construction, maintenance, storage, catering, and transportation) compliance with corporate standards and applicable RoK Legislation. Support critical facilities (server, UPS rooms, data centers). Maintenance, commissioning and renovation of fire protection systems and equipment. Conduct orientations, trainings, emergency drills, inspections, risk assessments and investigations; HSF reporting to European Main Office. Manage business recovery and emergency response readiness.
