Nature of work : Construction of Interior fit out works for Shopping Mall and Office Buildings
Role : Estimation and Project Manager
Responsibilities:
• Preparing estimation for tender, negotiate with client and finalize the contract.
• Responsibilities including Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Preparing Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports, Change Management, Cost Analysis, Earned Value Analysis, Extension of Time Analysis, handling/ attending meeting with Client, Consultant, General Contractor, Sub-contractors, etc. and reporting to Management and Client.
• Develops & maintains systems and procedures covering the areas of Planning, Scheduling, Progress Measurement and Reporting.
• Reviews Projects execution strategies and implementation schedules for new projects.
• Monitors the reported progress of Project and ensure that program of works accurately reflect the actual performance.
• Prepare the weekly and monthly reports.
• Prepare the Variation and additional Claims.
• Reviews the work forecasts and plans for remaining activities and comments on the proposals for any amendments to original plans and schedules.
• Analyzes and identifies areas of concern, work progress trends for potential problems, examines implications of such problems.
• Handling Proposal Preparation and Compiling Works.

Job Description:
Coordinate with the Consultant, Client, Subcontractors and Government department Administration, Supervise & Coordinate the site staff & subcontractors and follow up the progress of works, Procurement and Delivery of materials. Management, Planning & Scheduling Manpower, materials & equipment Preparation of the progress reports, payments, cash-flow variations, claims, meetings, Project correspondence…. etc.
