 Responsible for planning, upgrading, implementing & maintaining of the IT infrastructure, network architecture, security, efficiency and performance of the company and its clients to assure business continuity.

 Configuring, installing & maintaining of LAN, WLAN, Routers (Cisco, Linksys, Netgear, Dlink, etc.), Switches, Access points, CCTV remote access, networking of printers and scanners. Designing and implementing of structured cabling.

Configure, deploy, install, migrate and maintain Servers OS (Occasionally Domain controller, Active directory, GP & Exchange server), Firewall (Dell Sonicwall - user management, group, content filtering etc.), Desktops, Laptops and IT peripherals.

 Software testing in different virtual environment using VMware and reporting the issues directly to the vendors.

 Handling of customer complaints and providing support for users and network/system administrators over the telephone, remote support and by email. Ensure the effective and timely resolution of customer complaints with good techniques.

 Traveling to client sites to help with installation, deployment, and troubleshooting IT services and networks. Monitoring of all IT Systems, Networks, Firewalls, Websites, Emails and other components. Occasionally training new employees and network administrator.

 Making quotation based on client requirement and processing orders with the support of sales team against the customer LPO. Traveling with sales teams for business visit to other GCC.

 Planned and Implemented FTTH/FTTB networks (Fiber to the Home/Building) to provide fiber connectivity to every building of Qatar as per the guidelines from Qtel and Huawei.

 Activated FTTH services, registered and configured ONT with NOC support. Migrated DATA, DEL and IPTV services from copper to optical network.

 Provided customer support and handled different customer complaints, technical issues, detected different alarms and solved with support of NOC.

 Demonstrated and explained different services in IPTV and handling of ONT to customers and maintained good relationship with the customers.

 Designed and configured LAN, WLAN, IPTV, Routers and Tested Voice, Data and Video services.

 Responsibility in ISP (Inside Service Plant) and OSP (Outside Service Plant) projects, Engineering survey. Responsible for complete checking and testing of OSP and ISP equipment.

 Planned, Designed, Supervised and implemented ISP work, New Acquisition, Cat-6 and Cat-3 structured cabling, Optical Fiber cable from manhole to IDB, Optical Network Terminal (ONT), Inspected and checked power values of Spliced Optical Fiber cable in splitter and ATB.

 Conducted Hand holes and Manholes survey for detailed designing of GPON.

 Responsible for the co-ordination of field technical issues with Huawei and management. Coordinating with project engineers for timely and efficiently execution of work so as to meet deadlines.

 Prepared and collected Testing reports, Customer feedback, Execution/progress reports and project documentation.

 Resolved coordination issues between the field staff and the design team. Trained new staff for installation and configuration of ONT.

 Handled CRM, Web mailer, Made template for Email blast, SMS Blast etc.

Assisting in RF antenna installation, Microwave antenna installation, BTS installation, IDU and ODU installation, Routing of cables, Adjusting the microwave antenna direction according to the LOS, Checking the pole angle according to the given data etc.
